Feb 2012, GTA REALTORS® Report Mid-Month Resale Housing Market Figures

The Arizona housing permits are reported to be up 21.07% in December 2011 from the same time last year, 2010. The Tucson, Arizona housing market in December 2011 was reported to have 1,333 active listings, a 24% decrease from the same time last year. Here are January 2012 residential real estate results for Oakville, Milton and Burlington Ontario. Homes in Newmarket, Milton sell fastest in the GTA

“Detached homes in Newmarket sell faster than any other region in the Greater Toronto Area, according to data released by the Toronto Real Estate Board.
